Once your design is approved, the production and shipping period typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days.

Please be advised that select products—specifically Custom Canopies—are designed and manufactured in China. These items will be drop-shipped directly from our production partners in China to the shipping address you provide. While we work with reliable shipping providers, KD51 is not responsible for any shipping delays. In the event of a delayed arrival, we are unable to offer refunds, store credit, or future discounts.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
By placing an order with KD51, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Design deposits and urgency fees are non-refundable.
- Urgency fees are intended to prioritize your order in the production queue; however, they do not guarantee on-time delivery.
- KD51 will make every reasonable effort to expedite your order, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or production issues.
- In the event of a delay in materials or unexpected circumstances, urgency fees remain non-refundable.
